Service Design & Innovation Intensive

In January 2017 Rob and Phillippa ran another Service Design and Innovation immersive three day course. Participants were take through the Double Diamond design process over three days, problem solving in response to a live brief, undertaking field research, generating ideas and rapid prototyping.
